Janine holds a BA with a major in English and a minor in French from SFU. She continued her education at BCIT and completed a Diploma in Broadcast Communications, Journalism. She started working at Youthink Magazine in 1999 first as a high-school liaison, then as the assistant editor and is now enjoying her position as editor. Janine is on maternity leave until June 2013.

Oliver holds a BA with a major in Communication from SFU and was also a graduate of the Communication Co-op where he completed four internships, two with the BC Lions. He joined the Youthink in 2005 as a school liaison, then became assistant editor and is now looking forward to taking on the role of editor for the 2012/2013 school year.

In 2010, after two years in the magazine and publishing world working extensively with Youthink and BCBusiness, Alex decided to transition into the world of marketing and branding as Social Media Editor and Copywriter for Braun/Allison Inc. This year, she is thrilled to be working with the Youthink team once again, taking on the role of assistant editor. In addition to her Magazine Publishing Certificate from Capilano University, Alex holds a BA with a major in English and a minor in history as well as a Certificate of Liberal Arts from Simon Fraser University.
