Rick Mercer’s Rant on Canadian Weather

To pass time during the summer months, some people read; some people hang out with friends; I, myself, scroll through clips of the Rick Mercer Report on Youtube. This rant may be a bit old and out of season, but if you witnessed any of western Canada's weird weather last month – maybe, for instance, Calgary's flash-monsoon – it’ll be worth the watch.

Beyond the weather sensationalism, it seems like we're either complaining it's too hot or too cold. Ha ha!
