Heidi Montag is Possessed!

Hold on world, stop spinning – you just made a little more sense. In a recent interview on MTV’s The After Show, Spencer Pratt revealed that his wife, Heidi Montag is "possessed". But possessed with what: celestial beings; or Mephistophelian wraiths? The answer to the question though, is neither – although I would have come to such a deep understanding if it was the latter.

During the interview, Spencer practically crowned Heidi the new queen – or insert highest exalted title here – of music. He said that she’s, "the new, modern-day, 2010 Michael Jackson," contrary to the fact that she’s only performed her first show in the Miss Universe pageant to less than lackluster reviews. But after MTV After Show host, Jessi Cruickshank informed him that Michael Jackson was dead, he responded, “Yeah, but here it is, it’s living, like the holy spirit. Like, Michael Jackson’s in heaven. The Holy Spirit now has Michael Jackson juice, so boom! For all we know, Heidi gets possessed with Michael Jackson’s divine spirit.” I understand that Heidi is a new “artist” and it would have been discouraging if the cold hard truth was told, but there’s a very fine line between words of encouragement; and flat out lies with deluded comments.

Was this a case of serious word vomit? Because those are some pretty strong convictions; once spoken, change everything. And it seems to me, that those convictions are much stronger than Heidi’s mother’s love. In which case, I definitely think that it’s time for Mrs. Montag to intervene, and tell her daughter to stop embarrassing herself on national – nay international television! Because watching that performance gave me second hand embarrassment. In fact, I feel so embarrassed that I’m all red and that I want to hide under my Snuggie as of this moment.

So the truth is Heidi is possessed – not in a conventional notion per say, but rather Spencer and her are possessed in their ambition for attention, and money.
