Supermodels Have Trouble Losing Weight Too!

When world-renowned German supermodel and ex – that’s right, EX – Victoria’s Secret Angel, Heidi Klum gave birth to daughter Lou last month, she admits that it is more of a struggle the fourth time around to shed the pregnancy weight, after having her three other children, Leni (five), Henri (four) and Johan (three).

“I wouldn’t say I’m back in shape yet," she told US Weekly. "Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one.”

Klum fears she will remain bigger forever if she doesn’t work on it now. So to get back into shape, she has been eating sensibly by cutting down her carbohydrate intake. Also, she has been doing insane amounts of cardio; spending more time on the treadmill and the StairMaster. Her belief is that, “If you wait too long and it sticks there, it stays that way forever.”

It has been debated whether or not Klum would be participating in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on December 1st; though the final answer was a no, it has been confirmed that she will be hosting the event! Unfortunately we won’t be seeing her God-given talent: furiously sashaying on a glitter doused catwalk maintaining equilibrium in skyscraper heels, while a colossal bow endowed with rhinestones are attached on her back – all the while trying to sell knickers.

It's comforting to know that

It's comforting to know that celebrities struggle to keep in shape too! I only ever see stick-thin celebrities strolling along in revealing outfits, unless I'm looking at an article on surprise bad bikini bodies or something. I'm not really surprised she's struggling though, I mean she just gave birth to her fourth child and Klum's previous modeling figure sets an extremely high goal!
