Lost In Such Cost

Burning desire,
So full of fire,
So lost,
Within that cost,
Devil’s treat,
So sickly sweet,
 
Moms all alone,
Sitting at home,
Crying…so much crying,
It feels like I’m dying,
 
Burning and churning inside,
Can’t seem to hide,
One breath,
And I can’t feel,
It isn’t real,
 
Daddy’s gone,
He left for her,
In such a blur,
We were like an old car,
He didn’t care for us,
He left us for a new Sexus,
Someone without our mar,
 
So mired,
In that sweet desire,
Can’t get out,                              
For all my shout,
No one hears,
No one fears,
For me…
 
Friends can’t see,
They think life’s free,
No cost to loss,
Can’t see the gloss,
 
 
Gracie,
Don’t hate me,
I’m still here,
I’m still me,
Don’t leave me!
…All alone,
One Breath,
That’s all I have left,
And I can’t feel,
It’s not real.
