Moment

A flash of blinding light
The time is frozen forever

The smiles would still be there
Even when the image
Is ripped apart
The love would still stay the same
Even when the moment
Is lost in the mists of time

The youth would remain this green
Even when the grandchildren discover
This clip of memory
The heart would still feel the same
Even when the fingers
Are too stiff to twine

You will always be there for me
Even when we are separated by
Life and death
This moment will never fade
Even when no one in the world
Cares
