Seasons change, so why shouldn’t I?
The weather changes, so why won’t I?
Time changes, so why can’t I?
I leave behind everything that was mine and walk into my new life.
Lost friends, gained friends, friends change.
And I change too.
The days are different now.
I walk with you but I don’t know you.
I talk to you but I never knew you.
So why am I finding this out now?
Because things, days, times are different.
I need you, I needed you, but things changed.
I left behind everything that was mine and walked into my new life.
