Lost In You

I'm lost in your eyes as I
roam along the surface of your skin;
And in knowing my head would fit perfectly in that
spot where your neck meets your shoulders.

The soft contour of your collarbone
and down the unfailing shoulders;
I restrain my feet from taking me
one step closer. [I’m losing myself.]

Your nervous glances make me feel
at ease - you see,
I'm nervous too.
This is why I'm blushing. [I'm slipping.]

My eyes travel back to your eyes -
like warm icicles, melting my gaze.
Pale blue-silver moons;
I am the wolf. [Slipping.]

You laugh suddenly, leaning back in
your chair. You fold your arms behind your neck.
Your smile is infectious,
I can't look away. [Falling.]

Your attention is on me
and from under your lashes
your eyes seem to scream their feelings out;
But my interpretations are often delirious.

Your vivacious smile makes me
tremble. The edges of your mouth
curl tauntingly,
but your eyes tell another story.

I'm so lost in you;
show me something...
My imagination
kills. [Crashing.]

Dazzle me, awe me,
humour me with your smile.
And I'll keep us both laughing, while
[I'm so lost in you.]
