What is and what should never have been (A Day In The Life)

The morning, I walked along the harbour,
The streets, no shoes as my feet
Sink, moving through the silent breeze.
The sounds of the river connecting to the sea, as the oceans waves move endlessly, giving life, to love,
And light of the night, orchestrating the way of the day,
And mysteries of night. As the day ends new life begins
The tree’s unfolding flowers through the hours, making and awakening.
The birds and other beasts of the woods,
Enlighten the life of day, and inspire me to produce in words
The solemn, subtle, gentle summer breeze,
Surrounding, and inviting me.
