Season's change

The seasons are changing; you can feel it in the air,
There’s a new sun reflected in your golden hair.
The days are growing shorter, the mountains whiter,
It’s worth my life in gold to see your eyes grow brighter.
The freshness that comes with the chill morning breeze,
Brings a cute flush to your face and lets your spirit fly free.
I would give all the warm days of the summer and spring,
Just for one of your smiles, that so set my heart a-wing.
I love all these things and the happiness they bring,
Oh, the seasons are changing, and I wouldn’t miss a thing.
