The top says:
Bird. Have Courage and Fly. And See Beyond Tempest the Lands that Lie.

Through the Mirage. Of Clouds and Falling Sky.
See Past the Illusion. To Lands that Never Lie.

The Bottom is a Quote from the Petit Prince (The Little Prince) in French, then translated into English.
In French (the original quote) is:
"L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux. On ne voit bien qu'avec le coeur."
This translates to: "The essential is invisible to the eyes. Only with the heart can we see well."

That quote is the basis of the piece.
