John Oliver Secondary Multicultural Show

On the evening of April 1st, 2010, at 6:30pm, John Oliver Secondary will be hosting its 6th Annual Multicultural Show in its auditorium. Past highlights include fashion shows featuring clothing from various countries, flag ceremonies, Bhangra dancers, student performers and selected outside performers.

We have also been fortunate to have welcomed such guests as David Chudnovsky, Ujjal Dosanjh and Wally Oppal. This year, we will be donating proceeds to the Dream Centre, a local charity that endeavors to "empower the homeless and other vulnerable groups by providing counselling, training, transitional housing, material and spiritual support and reviving their dignity, destiny and dreams."

Early bird tickets will be sold until March 31st for $6, and will be sold for $8 at the door on the day of. Tickets can be bought in advance at Sunset or Riley Park Community Centres, or at John Oliver Secondary.
