You’ve spent so much time shopping for the perfect grad dress and now you need a way to personalize it – to make the look truly yours. Accessories can make or break your entire outfit, so here are a few ideas to help get you started.
Clutch Performance
Try a sequined clutch to add some glamour to your grad look. Add a touch of femininity with a bracelet handle.
Hair-Raising
Adding a bold clip to a simple up-do is a great way to draw attention to your face. For something mysterious, try a large, black, rose clip placed near the back of your do.
Chunky Necklace
The trick to wearing statement jewelry is to only wear a maximum of two pieces at a time – for example, a necklace and a ring or earrings and a bracelet. Only recommended for a more simple style of gown.
The Cutout Shoe
Instead of the classic, strappy stiletto, try a high-heeled shoe with a geometric cutout design that goes over the foot and up the ankle. This adds a lot of personality to the dress, especially if the dress is shorter.
