Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella

Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella

5 stars

Lara Lington is 21 years old, has just been dumped by her boyfriend and has to attend her great aunt Sadie’s funeral. Only a few relatives attend the funeral; however, they are not alone. Sadie’s 23-year-old self is also in attendance and Lara is the only one who can see her ghost.

Sadie convinces Lara to stop her funeral in order to look for a necklace that was given to her on her birthday – a necklace that disappeared after her death – and Sadie just can’t rest in peace without it.

Lara’s journey with Sadie leads her to new romance, as well as new adventures as she learns more about the fascinating aunt she never knew.

Sophie Kinsella is well known for her Shopaholic series and like the popular chick-lit series, this book will have you laughing.

You must give this book a try as once you start reading, Twenties Girl is impossible to put it down.
