City of Glass (The Mortal Instruments Book 3) by Cassandra

This is the final book in the Mortal Instruments trilogy. What is the City of Glass, you ask? It is Alicante, the ancestral home of the shadow hunters. This city is where protagonist Clare has to go in order to cure her mom from her coma. But Clare's friend Jace thinks it is too dangerous for her, so Jace leaves Clare behind. Read how Clare gets to Alicante, and what happens when antagonist Valentine puts his evil plan into the final stages.

Not to mention, Alec is just the cutest thing ever :D. Definitely recommended (just make sure to read the first two first!).

This was an epic book! The series kept me up 'till dawn with the awesome sarcasm from Simon and Jace and the confusing romance between Jace and Clary...*thumbs up*
