All About Steve

4 Stars

A whole new meaning to the word “obsessed.”

Rating: PG
Stars: Sandra Bullock, Thomas Haden Church, Bradley Cooper

What’s the story?
When workaholic Mary Horowitz (Bullock) agrees with her boss to make time to be “normal,” she reluctantly lets her parents set her up on a blind date with a CNN cameraman, Steve (Cooper). Even though the date is short-lived, Mary is convinced that she and Steve are meant to be together and humour ensues.

Why see it?
If you are in the mood to go see a funny movie, and are a fan of Sandra Bullock, All About Steve is a good choice.

Problems?
I would not recommend this movie for younger children, as there are some scenes with suggestive humour and coarse language.

All in all:
Perfect for a night out with your friends.
