Denmark’s answer to ABBA prepares to conquer the world a second time.

Euro-dance band Aqua took North America by storm in the '90s, and almost a decade after its last release, it is making its way back into the spotlight in 2009. This compilation contains the old club classics, including the controversial Barbie Girl, the Harrison Ford tribute Doctor Jones and the very ABBA-esque Around the World. As well, Aqua includes three newly recorded and very catchy tracks: My Mamma Said, Live Fast, Die Young and Back to the '80s. Their disco style walks a fine line between extremely cute/retro-catchy and horrifically dated/repetitive, so have a listen before you pick this disc up.
