Season 9’s best contestants fill up worthy compilation CD.

From the R&B soul of Michael Lynche to the screaming, pop-rock of Siobahn Magnus, this year’s American Idol CD definitely has something for everyone.

Even with the immense diversity of genres, the transitions between each shining track are smooth.

Although ratings for American Idol have dropped in recent years, this CD proves that Idol still has the power to transform small voices into big stars that you can be proud to have on your mp3 player.

Most of the songs are cool remakes of the originals, so even if you don’t watch Idol, this CD is a great buy.
