Aveged Sevenfold, Nightmare CD review

Avenged Sevenfold: Nightmare

4 Stars

Band dedicates album to deceased drummer.

Dark, deafening and dedicated to their deceased drummer, Avenged Sevenfold’s Nightmare is comforting and disturbing at the same time. The beginning of each song will get you hooked, but the tracks do tend to drag on after a while. I’m not a huge metal fan, but this is definitely one of the better heavy rock albums I’ve heard. Overall, Nightmare is an interesting and intense collection of songs that brings up emotions that are difficult to put into words. Give this album a chance and feel it for yourself.
