Boring remixes won't get your party guests dancing. 


DJ Colleen Shannon’s newest remix album Red Hot 2010 has vaguely ruined a good selection of popular songs, from Kelly Clarkson’s My Life Would Suck Without You to Sean Kingston’s Fire Burning. With her attempts at making her voice surly and husky, she unwittingly ruins the track before her remixes even begin. The transitions are fairly smooth, but her usage of repetitions and messy skips makes for boring remixes. However, there are times when her remixes can be vaguely catchy and can even encourage some dancing - but nothing overly enthusiastic. Overall, this DJ needs to find her own groove before she releases any more albums.
