Ross brings Bluegrass Country to Calgary.

Erin Ross’ second release, Another Empty Day, speaks like a journal written of loss and abandonment. On this album, the Calgary singer’s vocals take centre stage, while few instruments - guitars, an upright bass and a mandolin – find their place in a supporting role. Her sound is refreshing and certainly unique to Calgary’s music scene. This album should be very appealing to the old country or bluegrass enthusiast; however, it’s smooth flow makes Ross’ music easy on the ears for any listener.
