Instead of being distracted with the rapping from his previous album, listeners will be drawn to his catchy melodies, and honest lyrics. With songs like From New York to California, All I Have, and Closer to Love, Mat Kearney’s songs explore themes of hope and self-discovery. City of Black and White is one of Mat’s finest creations since his breakthrough album, Nothing Left to Lose – fans will not be disappointed.
