California punk-rockers release decent sophomore album.

Unlike so many sophomore efforts, This Will Be the Death of Us is a fun, addictive listen, which will leave listeners somewhat gratified. With guest vocals (Paramore’s Hayley Williams and I Am the Avalanche’s Vinnie Caruana both make appearances), gutsy instruments and just enough screaming to not burst eardrums, this is a solid punk-rock album that is sure to keep the fans happy. However, one is hard pressed to find anything truly fresh and unique on this album. This is a better punk-rock album compared to most, but one has to wonder if anyone will remember it in the long run.
