Silverstein: Decade (Live at El Mocambo)

Silverstein brings you to El Mocambo with live CD/DVD.

Silverstein ripped apart the El Mocambo stage in Toronto last March and produced this CD/DVD of the live show filled with their best performances from the four-day concert. Listeners can expect a mix of raw and edgy rock songs with soft and melodious ones ("The Weak and the Wounded" is a good example as it boasts both elements). On the downside, featuring a lot of the same drum and bass guitar solos, the album can get a little repetitive. At times, the vocals are overpowered by the loud instruments, but the great atmosphere that comes through on this live album more than makes up for it. Decade has more than two hours of live concert footage and will make you feel like you’re actually at El Mocambo.
