Farewell: Run It Up the Flagpole

Say farewell to just another punk-rock band.

American pop-punk band Farewell has released their sophomore album, Run It Up the Flagpole, but it’s not much to get excited about. Looking for the newest punk-rock bandwagon to jump aboard? Then this is it. Farewell creates the typical punk-rock music that everyone following the mainstream will enjoy, but because of this, the band doesn’t show a lot of innovation. Songs like We All Fall Down and Before I Wake are awesome and contain some fun lyrics, but, in the end, the tracks all end up sounding the same. The band itself has a great sound, but it could definitely use a dose of originality.
