illScarlett disappoints with latest release.

With a distinct reggae/punk beat, Mississauga’s illScarlett has released its third album, 1UP! With the new single, Take it for Granted, released before the album, there were high expectations for the rest of the CD to contain the same high-powered guitar riffs, thrashing piano and Alex Norman’s intense vocal talents.

Unfortunately, every song on this album seems to sound the same, with all 12 tracks varying just slightly on the same rhythm... sounds like illScarlett tossed this album together at the last minute.
